Is Vaping CBD Good For The Brain?

Can vaping CBD help the brain to perform better?
Written by Dr. Leah Zachar

CBD appears to be is everywhere, and more and more are using is regularly. Is using CBD daily a good thing or it might cause health problems? Is vaping CBD good for the brain and should everyone be using CBD regularly?

Our brain starts working even before we are born.  It functions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and doesn’t stop until our last breath is taken.  Our brain processes all the information from our body and from the outside environment outside.  Our brain controls the sensations and movements of our body, our breathing, heartrate, all of our bodily functions, and even our thoughts. Can vaping CBD help the brain to perform better?

With all of this stimulation coming into our brain, and all of the responsibilities our brain has, it is no wonder, then we – myself included – feel at times, depressed, anxious, and unable to sleep. All of these emotions detract from our ability to focus, relax, and experience happiness, resulting in conflict both within ourselves and with the people and world around us.

It’s as if our brain can’t breathe.

So, what is the answer?

How can we help our brain to get relief?

The answer is found in CBD.  CBD increases our endogenous cannabinoid, anandamide.  When CBD is taken,  our brain is naturally able to “reboot” itself.  Sure, the day-to-day tensions still exist around us, but we no longer “lose ourselves”.  We experience less depression, less anxiety, and less insomnia.

And the fastest way to get relief is to vape CBD.

I truly believe that if everyone in the world vaped CBD with their morning coffee, this would be a much more pleasant world in which to live.

  • I totally agree. I vape first thing every morning before working out for an hour. The CBD greatly helps me get into the exercise more – resulting in a better, more productive workout. I also vape in the evening instead of drinking alcohol. This eliminates all the calories that are in alcohol and helps me prevent liver disease, heart disease, brain damage and cancer – all of which are caused by alcohol, none of which are caused by any sort of cannabis.
