Refund Policy

This policy covers all paid products and services offered by Cannadelics, including the Branding Review, Strategy Deep-Dive, Growth Strategy, and Growth Advisory. Please read it before purchasing.
Branding Review — $497
The Branding Review is a manually delivered service. Once you have submitted payment and completed the intake form, work begins on your review. Because of this, refunds are handled as follows.
If you request a refund before submitting the intake form, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
If you have submitted the intake form and work has begun, a refund is not available. If you are not satisfied with the review you receive, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to address any specific concerns.
Strategy Deep-Dive — $750
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled session using the link in your Calendly confirmation email. You will be able to reschedule at no charge.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, the session fee is non-refundable. If we need to cancel or reschedule on our end, you will receive a full refund or a rescheduled session at your choice.
Refund requests for sessions that have already taken place will not be accepted.
Growth Strategy — $2,000/month
This is a monthly engagement. The first month is invoiced after you book your first session. Subsequent months are invoiced monthly in advance.
You may cancel at any time by giving 30 days written notice to hello@cannadelics.com. No refunds are issued for months already invoiced and paid.
If you need to reschedule an individual session, please give at least 48 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are not refundable or reschedulable within that month.
Growth Advisory — $3,500/month
This is a monthly engagement. The first month is invoiced after you book your first session. Subsequent months are invoiced monthly in advance.
You may cancel at any time by giving 30 days written notice to hello@cannadelics.com. No refunds are issued for months already invoiced and paid.
If you need to reschedule an individual session, please give at least 48 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are not refundable or reschedulable within that month.
General Terms
All refunds are processed via the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and are typically 5 to 10 business days.
Cannadelics reserves the right to decline any engagement before work begins. If we decline an engagement after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
