Refund Policy

This policy covers the paid services offered by Cannadelics: the Homepage Intelligence Report, Strategic Advisory and Homepage IQ assessment credits. The Homepage IQ assessment is free. Please read this policy before purchasing.
Homepage Intelligence Report
The Report is delivered within 7 business days of receiving your completed details. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays observed by Cannadelics.
You can cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of your purchase. To cancel, email orders@cannadelics.com from the address you paid with.
After 48 hours, the Report is not refundable. If we cannot deliver the agreed Report, you receive a full refund. If a competitor site you supplied cannot be analyzed, for example because of an age gate or bot protection, you can replace it.
Homepage IQ assessment credits
Assessment credits are used inside your Homepage IQ Workspace, and credits do not expire. Credits included with a Report are part of the Report and are not refundable separately.
For a credit pack you bought, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if no credits from that pack have been used. Once any credit from a pack has been used, the purchase is final.
To request a refund, email hello@cannadelics.com from the address used for the purchase.
Strategic Advisory: $3,500/month
Strategic Advisory starts with an application and a written proposal. Nothing is charged before you accept the proposal.
If you move into Strategic Advisory within 30 days of receiving your Homepage Intelligence Report, the amount you paid for the Report will be credited toward your Advisory engagement.
The credit is not a cash refund and not a transferable balance. It applies only if you accept and pay for an Advisory engagement within 30 days of the date we send you your Report. Submitting an application or booking a conversation does not on its own secure the credit. It equals the amount you actually paid for the Report, so any discount you received reduces it accordingly.
Advisory is billed monthly in advance, with a 3-month initial commitment. After the initial three months, the engagement continues month to month, and you can cancel by giving 30 days’ written notice to hello@cannadelics.com. No refunds are issued for months already invoiced and paid.
If you need to reschedule a session, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are not refundable or reschedulable within that month. If we need to reschedule a session, we will offer a new time within the same month.
Existing agreements
If you have an engagement or written agreement that started before October 2026, its terms continue to apply until renewal.
General Terms
All refunds are processed via the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and are typically 5 to 10 business days.
Cannadelics reserves the right to decline any engagement before work begins. If we decline an engagement after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
