Hygia Nutrients is a company that utilizes the knowledge of world-renowed scientists to create safe, effective, and scientifically-backed CBD supplements.

Hygia Nutrients is a subsidiary company of Ananda Scientific, a research and development company that has been studying and creating phytocannabinoid-based medications specifically, for years. Ananda Scientific is a U.S. company that was established in 2012.

In addition to their general research, they have also looked at a couple of specific conditions and how they react to cannabiniods: Chronic pain and diabetes. All of their products are safe, tested, and non-psychoactive. When it comes to actual delivery within the body, Ananada Scientific is focused on a mechanism known as Bioavailability, when creating their products.

The Importance of Bioavailability

Bioavailability refers to the amount of CBD that is actually absorbed into the bloodstream, or otherwise, how much CBD is being made available to the body; hence the term bio-availability. Research states that most CBD products typically have very low bioavailability, with as low as only 5 percent entering the bloodstream. The rest is wasted, and the user feels very minimal effects and benefits.

Hygia Softgels boast a higher absorption rate than their competitors, with roughly 18x more CBD entering the body when using this product. This means people can safe money by using less CBD, since each softgel will be better absorbed and thus, offer maximum healing effects.

They are created from hemp grown right here in the United States, but research is conducted in Israel, by scientists that are experienced in medicinal cannabis research. The softgels are free of gluten, non-GMO, and are grown with no herbicides or pesticides. They also have a long shelf life, lasting about 2 years. This is great for anyone buying in bulk.

All About Softgels

The main focus of the company in terms of products is CBD softgels. Softgels can be used to treat a variety of illnesses including anxiety, depression, chronic pain, insomnia, epilepsy, and more. It’s the most dominant, non-psychoactive compound found in cannabis and hemp plants. CBD is extracted from the plant, purified, and used to created numerous products such as softgels.

Softgels are manufactured via a process known as Rotary Die Encapsulation, which was invented by American Inventor Robert Pauli Scherer in 1933. The encapsulation process starts with two flat bands of shell material that are mended together on a twin set of rotating dies.

Softgels are the way of future and one of the most effective ways to take medication. They are absorbed quickly by the body and they are odorless, tasteless, and don’t have many non-active ingredients, making them great for people with food allergies and stomach sensitivities.

The Vision

As per their website, Ananda Scientific’s vision is to become the “most innovative and responsible name in cannabinoid production and cannabinoid health products.” Ananda Scientific is poised to become a major supplier of cannabinoids and various cannabis-related medical products.
