Discuss Your Growth Priorities

Initial 90-day engagement · Fully remote

The problem

Marketing is moving.
Nobody owns the priorities.

Marketing activity is not the same as progress.

Your team, agencies and campaigns may all be moving while the business still lacks one person deciding what matters most, where resources should go and how marketing should support growth.

That gap is expensive, even when everyone is working hard:

  • The founder is pulled into marketing decisions that should not need them.
  • Agencies and freelancers each optimize their own piece, in different directions.
  • Budget spreads across too many activities, with no clear view of what to stop.
  • Positioning drifts while competitors make a clearer case to the same customers.
  • Leadership cannot easily tell whether marketing is moving the business forward.

Fractional CMO leadership puts those decisions under one experienced owner, without the cost or delay of a full-time executive hire.

What changes

One owner. One direction.

One commercial direction

Marketing priorities tied to what the business needs to achieve.

A stronger market position

A clearer reason for customers to choose the brand.

One aligned team

Employees, agencies and freelancers working from the same priorities.

Better use of budget

Clearer decisions about what to fund, test, pause or stop.

Faster executive decisions

Marketing questions resolved without every issue returning to the founder.

Accountable progress

A small set of measures showing whether execution is moving in the intended direction.

The Cannadelics Advantage

Senior judgment, supported by proprietary market intelligence.

The engagement is supported by Cannadelics’ Homepage IQ system, structured competitive analysis and years of work inside wellness markets. These tools help identify where competitors make the stronger case, where your positioning may be blending in and which decisions deserve leadership attention first.

The tools provide the evidence. Ofer makes the commercial judgment and leads the response.

How the first 90 days create it

Decide. Align. Measure and adapt.

Days 1 to 30

Decide what matters

One agreed commercial priority, a short list of marketing priorities, and clarity on what to continue, pause or stop.

Days 31 to 60

Align the people doing the work

Your team and vendors working from the same priorities, with clear responsibility for each.

Days 61 to 90

Measure and decide

What to keep, change or stop, and a clear recommendation for the next phase: continue, recruit a permanent leader or hand over.

Two levels of leadership

The same solution, sized to the gap.

The right scope depends on the leadership gap, the team already in place and the change the business needs to lead. After an initial conversation, we recommend the engagement that fits the situation.

Direction and alignment

Fractional CMO

For companies whose team, agencies or freelancers can execute, but where nobody owns the priorities across them.

  • Commercial direction and a 90-day priority plan
  • Positioning and competitive direction
  • Channel and budget priorities
  • Direction for your team, agencies and vendors, with review of important work
  • A weekly leadership meeting and a monthly KPI and decision review
$8,000a month · up to 30 hours
Leadership through a transition

Embedded Fractional CMO

For companies leading a launch, relaunch, repositioning, recovery or the move to a permanent marketing leader.

  • Everything in Fractional CMO
  • Leadership of one major initiative through the transition
  • Direction of your marketing lead or small team’s priorities and work, without HR or personnel responsibility
  • Marketing roles, responsibilities and agency structure
  • Alignment with sales, product and operations, and a monthly leadership or board-ready report
$11,000a month · up to 40 hours

Both engagements need people who can execute: an internal team, agencies or freelancers. If nobody does the work today, we will tell you on the first call, and recommend what to put in place first.

Both engagements begin with an initial 90-day commitment, are invoiced monthly in advance and are delivered fully remotely. All work counts toward the monthly allocation. Additional time requires written approval.

Questions

What founders usually ask.

How is this different from Strategic Advisory?

Strategic Advisory gives you senior judgment on decisions as they come up, without ownership of your marketing. As Fractional CMO, I own the priorities, direct your team and vendors, and am accountable for keeping execution aligned. Compare Strategic Advisory.

What counts toward the monthly allocation?

All work counts: meetings, preparation, analysis, reviews, written summaries and asynchronous messages. Short questions and decisions are normally answered within one business day. Additional time is provided only with your written approval, in prepaid five-hour blocks, and unused hours do not carry over. Meetings are held by video and scheduled by agreement, with regular overlap across US Eastern business hours. Routine copywriting, campaign production, design, development, media buying, daily project administration, travel and on-site attendance, and legal or regulatory approval are not included.

Do you manage our team members?

In the Embedded engagement, I direct your marketing lead or small team’s priorities and work. Employment management, compensation, performance reviews and other HR responsibilities remain with you.

Do you write copy or run campaigns?

No. I set direction, brief and review. Your team or vendors produce and run the work. Defined deliverables can be scoped separately.

Can you guarantee results?

No specific result can be guaranteed. Outcomes also depend on your market, product, budget and how the plan is executed. What you get is senior ownership of the priorities and a clear way to measure progress.

How do you handle product and health claims?

I flag messaging that may need stronger substantiation or review by your regulatory counsel. I do not provide legal or regulatory advice, and approval remains with you and your advisers.

When can an engagement begin?

If the scope is a fit and capacity is available, an engagement can begin as soon as the proposal and agreement are complete. We also plan engagements in advance. Because every engagement is led personally by Ofer, availability varies, so it is useful to contact us early if you expect a leadership need in the coming months. If your preferred start date is unavailable, we will tell you the earliest realistic opening.

What happens after I get in touch?

We reply within two business days. If it looks like a fit, we arrange a 30-minute conversation about your priorities and the leadership gap, then recommend the right engagement in a written proposal.
