CBD Testers Ask A Doctor
Written by Corre Addam

This week’s forthcoming ‘Ask a Doctor’ session is all about PTSD and how CBD could help. PTSD was also a subject that many of our forum members wanted to ask questions about. No doubt Dr Zachar will be giving some great answers, and helping our community to educate themselves.

Dr Zachar’s intro for this week’s discussion:

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a mental health condition that is brought on by a terrifying event – either experiencing it or witnessing it.  Symptoms may include flashbacks, nightmares, severe anxiety, and difficulty sleeping. It can end up interfering with every aspect of one’s life – from personal relationships, to employment, to health, to social activities.
Questions to be answered and discussed:
  • What is PTSD?
  • Why do some people develop PTSD after a traumatic event & some people don’t?
  • Which is better to treat PTSD – THC (cannabis) or CBD?  And why?

To join the conversation, and have the chance to ask Dr Zachar your questions directly, please go to the CBD Testers ‘Ask A Doctor’ group on Facebook.
